Our Story

Chevy & Sons is a husband and wife team- Chef Ryan Martin and event coordinator Jess Martin. With over 30 years combined in food and hospitality, we’ve come together to offer exceptional experiences to you and yours. Chef Ryan has showcased his talents in a range of high end restaurants in the Grand Rapids area; while Jess has managed restaurants and event spaces in the city as well. We believe in the integrity of good food and good people, well crafted experiences served with a generosity of spirit.

Having both grown up in Michigan - Ryan in Traverse City, and Jess in Grand Rapids we met here in Grand Rapids and both have a profound respect for the landscape that surrounds us. We enjoy being outdoors, fishing and foraging and often find inspiration from the natural elements around us. We believe in high quality sourcing and respect for the food and craft in which we work.
